Making A Purchase
All prints and original works supplied on a firm sale basis only. Following acceptance of an order by the seller, the buyer and seller will be deemed to have entered into a binding contract which may be cancelled or varied by mutual agreement of the parties in writing. VAT will be added to the invoice where applicable, for NON EU buyers check the box to show that your company is EXEMPT from UK VAT. No variations to the payment terms will be accepted. Payment is to be made to Back2thewall Ltd prior to despatch of prints or original works to the buyer. All goods will only be dispatched upon full payment NO CREDIT options offered. Preferred payment option to be made to Back2thewall LTD at time of order placed. Payments can be made by EFTPOS, cheque, credit card or direct deposit. Option to receive a Pro-Former invoice prior to delivery - goods will only be released from the UK warehouse when the payment has been received in full. Orders are to be made in British Pounds or Euros. No amount is to be added for GST within the meaning of the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (as amended). We require a minimum initial stock order of £250 trade value. This sum is not inclusive of carriage charges or VAT. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties levied or any additional carriage costs incurred once the item reaches its destination. No order shall constitute a contract between Back2thewall Ltd and the customer until accepted by Back2thewall Ltd on the terms of the business stated above and which override any terms and conditions specified on the customer's side. |

Shipping And Handling
Shipping for all trade orders will be charged additional to quoted prices unless negotiated. UK SHIPPING CHARGES ON FRAMED ORDERS " England, Wales, Southern Mainland Scotland and Northern Ireland " Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and Scilly Isles Will be charged at £7.60 for the first item, for multiply orders a charge of £1.20 per item will be added. Estimated delivery time 7-14 working days. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES ON FRAMED ORDERS " Europe will be charged at £25 for the first item, for multiply orders a charge of £5.00 per item will be added. " North America will be charged at £65 for the first item, for multiply orders a charge of £20.00 per item will be added. " Australia will be charged at £65 or the first item, for multiply orders a charge of £20.00 per item will be added. " Japan will be charged at £70 for the first item, for multiply orders a charge of £20.00 per item will be added to the total. Estimated delivery time 2-3 weeks The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties levied or any additional carriage costs incurred once the item reaches its destination. |

Delivery Schedule
Time quoted for deliveries are estimates only and the Seller shall not be liable for failure to deliver within the time quoted. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the failure to deliver the goods ordered for any reason, not within the reasonable control of the Seller. Delivery of the goods to the stipulated place of delivery shall constitute delivery to Buyer and Buyer will thereafter bear all risk whatsoever in connection with the goods. Transfer of property all prints and original works remain the property of Back2thewall Ltd until payment is received in full. Buyer shall store the goods in such a way that they can be identified as Sellers property. If the Buyer shall sell or otherwise dispose of or shall make any insurance claim in respect of the goods prior to making payment in full for them, he/she shall do so as principal and not as agent for Seller and shall not give any warranties or incur any liability on behalf of Seller. The proceeds of any such sale or other disposition (or claim thereto) as well as the proceeds of any insurance claim in respect of the goods are to be held on trust by the Buyer for the Seller to the extent necessary to satisfy any debt due to Seller. Nothing in this clause shall give the Buyer any right to return goods sold hereunder. The Seller may sue the Buyer for the price when due notwithstanding that property in the goods may not have passed to the Buyer. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duties levied or any additional carriage costs incurred once the item reaches its destination. |

Back Orders
In the unlikely event an item is not in stock at the time of ordering we will always contact you offering the option to keep the item on "Back 0rder" or cancel your order. Here at back2thewall Ltd we value our customers and will do our utmost to resolve any issues quickly and to the satisfaction of our clients. |

Tax Charges
You are charged 17.5% VAT on all goods and services; For all deliveries outside of the European Union, you should click the EXEMPT button to reduce VAT to zero . For overseas orders any customs or import duties levied or any additional carriage costs incurred once the item reaches its destination will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. |

Guarantee
Seller guarantees that the goods will be free from defects caused by faulty materials or poor workmanship upon delivery. Under this guarantee Seller will as its options either repair, replace or give credit to buyer for any goods found to be defective provided that: " All prints and original works are received in mint re-saleable condition. " The original authorisation is enclosed with shipment the prints and original works are returned at the Buyers expense to Back2thewall Ltd at the above address. Goods damaged in transit to the Buyer will be replaced by Back2thewall Ltd. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of original order and shipping receipt. Back2thewall Ltd must be notified about damages or shortages within five days of receipt of any prints or original art Back2thewall Ltd reserves the right to deny or question any return shipments that it deems invalid or suspect. All prices, specifications, publication dates, availability of stock and terms are subject to change without notice. If buyer shall breach any of its obligations hereunder to Seller or if at any time Buyers financial condition does not in Seller¹s unfettered judgment justify continuance of this contract on the terms of payment agreed, Seller may, without prejudice to any other rights and without any liability whatsoever to Buyer, cancel any outstanding part of the contract or suspend any deliveries until such time as buyer shall provide security satisfactory to Seller for the performance of all obligations of Buyer to Seller. The buyer and the seller agree that the laws of Victoria shall apply and govern the relationship between the parties. The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state. |

Returns Policy
We have no doubt that you will be delighted with your back2thewall print, however if you are not completely satisfied or you have receive a damaged or faulty item and wish to exchange for the same item or arrange a refund then please follow a few simple steps: How to make a return Please send an email to returns-centre@b2tw.co.uk stating your wish to make a return , you will receive an online returns form and be issued with a Returned Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) and a printable mailing lable. You will be asked to state your reson for the return, emailed or fax back to: returns-centre@b2tw.co.uk fax 01621 784 527 1. All returns must be returned within 10 working days from date of dispatch. Otherwise no replacement or refund will be made. 2. Return all items in original condition and packaging. 3. All non defective goods must be returned through "Initial City Link" we will arrange a suitable collection date between client and courier, (customer covers return shipping cost, this is non refundable). We would strongly recommend that you ONLY return goods with an RMA number through "Initial City Link" this enables all parties to track packages to ensure they reach us safely. Since we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost during transit if another postal service is used. 4. Defected Goods Collection will be arranged by us through "Initial City Link", a suitable collection date between client and courier will be arranged. Please note all damaged items to be returned in original packaging within 10 working days to qualify for an exchange or full refund. " Please reseal using strong parcel tape no extra packaging will be required if item is being returned in original packaging " Attach return mailing label to parcel NOTE: RMA shipment number must be clearly marked " Refunds or exchanges will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Please ensure that the return is packed and labeled carefully to reduce the possibility of loss or damage during transit. Please use the RMA number issued in any correspondence relating to your return or replacement of an item. In order to qualify for a full refund or exchange the goods have to be returned in a satisfactory condition we will not accept any pictures returned that show signs of being hung or mishandled if we find that this is the case you will only receive a partial refund. The amount that you will be refunded will depend on several factors: " All items to be returned in original condition and packaging " Returned within 10 working days to receive item refund " Any item that has obvious signs of use, damage not in original packaging or missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of items price will be deducted. Please be aware that it takes up to 5 to 10 working days to process returns once they arrive at our warehouse. You will be notified via email of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. In most cases we will issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 5 to 10 working days of receiving the return. If payment was made directly from your bank account, it may take up to 5 additional working days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. Remittance Terms
While every effort is made to ensure description and colour reproduction is accurate please be aware that due to monitor variations (back lit) colour may vary in accordance with your monitor settings Canvas Prints We use Cannon 340g/m water resistant woven polyester Canvas, as this is a natural textured material sometimes a heavy grain is visible on parts of the print, this dose not affect the quality off the print. We have taken as much care as possible to describe and portray items accurately. Slight variations in actual goods may occur. We reserve the right to inform the customer of any incorrect information before payment is taken. |
